What Is Soul Fragmentation & What Causes It?

Soul fragmentation is damage to the person’s energetic field, the soul essence. There are many reasons why a soul may become fragmented, split, or have pieces missing. Most common are unhealed traumas from our current or even past lives.

Soul fragmentation also happens because of the unseen energetic world around us, from low vibrational frequencies to negative entities wreaking havoc upon us. Fragments are pieces to the whole.  We can collect and heal those fragments.

This will strengthen our souls, and as we do so, we have the ability to gain knowledge from those experiences and healings.

Exploring the Essence of Soul Fragmentation

Exploring the Essence of Soul Fragmentation

When we are robbed of our free will, experience painful traumas, and have no boundaries with others- allowing them to walk all over us, our soul health breaks down. It needs to be healed and restored.

This applies to our past lives, as well.

Defining Soul Fragmentation and Its Historical Context

Soul fragmentation happens when pieces of your soul separate and dislocate. A part of your energy field is off, lost, or even stolen. In many of my videos, I discuss the concept of soul napping, which results from the unseen dark entities harming us; many times, we don’t even know it’s happening.

We just feel off, depressed, angry, weepy, and we are not sure why.

The concept of soul fragmentation was discussed in ancient Greece through the works of Plato. “False words are not only evil in themselves, but they infect the soul with evil.

When there is evil within the soul, it breaks down the soul’s health.

Identifying the Causes of Soul Fragmentation

As mentioned earlier, there are many potential causes of soul fragmentation. When we can learn to identify the trauma, or cracks in our foundation, that is the first step in healing.

Give yourself the gift of time. It is time to allow yourself to feel the hurts and figure out what is not working well in your life and what you can do about it.

After all, you own your soul.

The Multifaceted Impact of Soul Fragmentation

The negative impact of soul fragmentation varies greatly, especially when the person refuses to address certain behaviors and afflictions. Narcissism, sociopathy, and addictions are some examples of people who are existing with fragmented souls.

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the unseen, energetic external factors that can impact our soul health, such as possession or mind control elements from these dark entities.

The most important factor in healing these souls is the ability to properly remove them and remove any implants or devices, heal and restore the injured aspects of the soul, and even perform actual soul retrievals.

There are many dark entities that are in pursuit of the human soul. We need to be aware of this and be proactive.

This video is one example of how they work to capture the human soul:

Emotional and Psychological Effects

Facing the fears. Many of us have experienced childhood traumas. These traumas, many times, happen because, as a child, we do not have self-governing authority, and those adults in charge may be abusive emotionally, physically, and mentally.

When we experience traumas, it stunts our growth.  As we are able to heal and learn from those events, we can move forward with a certain level of forgiveness and understanding.

This type of soul healing is often referred to as shadow work.

Physical Symptoms Linked to Soul Fragmentation

Not always, but it is quite possible that those who are chronically ill or never feeling well or something is always off are dealing with physical symptoms of soul fragmentation.

This is due to the constant and chronic energy loss in their energy field. Learning how to heal this type of soul fragmentation and the ability to stop the energy leaks goes a long way to improving our physical health, in addition to any needed medical treatment.

Soul Retrieval: A Path to Healing Fragmentation

The opposite of soul fragmentation is soul retrieval. We all have the ability to heal our souls. There are many ways to go about it, and a lot depends on what you feel is the most important aspect to work on.

Shamanic Approaches to Reintegrating the Soul

A shaman is someone who claims to have access to entities and spirits that exist outside of our physical realm. Shaman seems to be more of a buzzword lately, and anyone can take an online course to claim they are a shaman.

Shamans do not own the market when it comes to soul retrieval. When we think of the concept of soul retrieval, we often hear the word “Shaman,”. Just because a practitioner has the title shaman, to them, does not make them all-knowing, a guru, or anything else.

If you decide to work with a shaman, ask them how they do their practice. A red flag is if they need to use mind-altering drugs to connect to the spirits in the unseen world. If they do, how do they know they are beneficial? After all, they are in an inebriated state.

Knowing that YOU oversee your soul—no one else is important. While we may need help and seek out a spiritual practitioner, always ask them questions.

If you don’t like what is happening, it’s worth speaking up and leaving if you feel you may be harmed.

The Role of Alternative Therapies and Nature in Healing

Nature is soul healing. Many parts of nature emit negative ions, which is healing.

Negative ions are molecules that float in the atmosphere (air) and are charged with electricity. UV light (sunshine), pine trees, salt water, thunder, and lightning emit negative ions. Negative ions increase levels of mood-enhancing serotonin, helping to relieve stress and anxiety and boost our energy.

While you are in nature, spend some time in meditation and prayer; you may find that extremely healing.

Make being in nature one of your spiritual practices.

Energy Work and Spiritual Practices in Recovery

There are many energetic healing modalities being made available to us. The trick is to find what works for you and why. Reiki is one of these healing modalities. However, if you seek our healing through reiki, ask your practitioner how they clear themselves between clients and how they identify and remove negative attachments or dark entities.

Past-life regression is another technique that can be used for soul retrieval and healing.  Acupuncture, qi gong, and reflexology are other examples of energy healing techniques that are available.

Building Resilience Against Future Fragmentation

The more we work on creating a healthy and strong soul, the more resilient we become when we come up against difficult times.

Maintaining a healthy soul takes consistent effort, a willingness to learn new strategies and techniques, and to consistently work on raising your frequency.
