Remote viewing is a skill set that requires time and practice. If you’re looking to learn remote viewing, it’s important to understand the time and practice involved in mastering this skill. We will discuss many levels and types of remote viewing.
Before anyone embarks on a path to remote viewing, I highly recommend that they learn spiritual self-defense techniques. Remote viewing creates a light within us that the dark forces can see. I’ll explain that a bit later.
What is Remote Viewing, and How Does it Work?
Remote viewing is a psychic ability that allows you to shift your consciousness to a remote time, space, and even dimension. It works by tapping into your subconscious and accessing information beyond the five traditional senses.
It involves quieting the mind, setting intentions, entering a light meditative state, and opening yourself up to hearing, seeing, and sensing what is happening on a subtle energy level.
Your body acts as a pendulum or translator between your conscious and subconscious self. It’s a different type of ‘seeing.’
Overview of Remote Viewing Techniques and Their Purpose
There are several types of remote viewing, and their purposes can vary.
- CRV stands for Coordinate Remote Viewing, which helps people tap into their psychic abilities. These types of remote viewers tend to view alternate dimensions.
- ERV stands for Extended Remote Viewing. In this case, the remote viewer has a monitor or a guide to assist as the remote viewer is in the theta state of deep relaxation. The monitor can ask questions and attend to the needs of the remote viewer.
- TRV is Technical Remote Viewing, and militaries worldwide use it to search for missing persons and other valuable assets.
- ARV is associated with remote viewing; these guys look at stocks, commodities, and futures.
You can see that it can get complicated, and remote viewing carries a lot of karma.
Historical Context and Scientific Research on Remote Viewing
Ingo Swann, working with the Stanford Research Institute, coined remote viewing.
The CIA and other governments and militaries use remote viewers for various purposes, one of which is finding missing people and other valuable assets.
Mental and Physical Preparation for Remote Viewing
I want to share a story with you regarding a client who visited a famous Virginia Institute. While he did learn to remote view and did it quite well, the institute failed to teach him about nefarious entities he would encounter and failed to teach him how to protect himself.
He felt fine until about a week after he went home. He was still practicing his techniques at home when suddenly, his five-year-old daughter started shrieking in her bedroom. She saw a monster; the way she described it, it was a reptilian.
Within hours, his entire home was filled with them. As we worked to clear them, I started asking them questions. They told me they are stationed around this institution because they find it easy and fun.
This is one reason why spiritual self-defense is critical.
Creating a Calm Environment to Support Intuitive Focus
It’s essential to have a calm, comfortable environment without time constraints or interruptions.
Relaxation Techniques to Clear Mental Clutter
Initially, let your mind wander, and your thoughts flow. Then, when ready, begin to set your intention and focus.
How to Learn Remote Viewing: 10 Key Steps
To learn remote viewing, follow these steps to develop your skills and strengthen your intuitive abilities.
One of the first questions I get is, “Do I need to keep my eyes open or closed?” The answer is whatever works best for you.
#1) Set a Target Object or Location to View
What is your goal? Is it a missing person? A location or object? Pick only one target.
#2) Practice Relaxation and Visualization Techniques
Allow yourself to set your intentions and affirmations. “I open up and let the information come through as it needs to come through.”
#3) Write Down First Impressions Without Filtering Thoughts
Free write and draw, and do not question what you are doing. This allows the subconscious energy to flow through to the conscious self. Write down if you see or feel a word or a number.
If you are picking up on concepts, write those down.
#4) Draw Sketches Based on What You Perceive
Perception is an awareness through the senses. Remember, you are using your subconscious to relay messages to your physical body. And don’t worry about drawing well.
My writing and drawing capabilities are nothing to write home about.
#5) Record Any Sensory Information (Smells, Textures, etc.)
This is a part of the free writing and drawing. Is it cold, wet, boxed in? Whatever comes to mind, write it down. Only some things will make sense, and some of what you write down will be irrelevant.
That is perfectly ok and normal.
#6) Use Feedback to Assess Accuracy and Improve Focus
After you finish, track your progress. Also, know that nothing is ever 100%. What worked, what didn’t, and why?
#7) Train with a Partner or Group for Additional Feedback
Working with a small group to learn remote viewing can be beneficial. One person can become the monitor who tracks the session’s progress and helps provide a structural framework as you begin to build these skills.
#8) Refine Your Skills by Repeating the Process Regularly
Practice makes perfect or near perfect. As you refine your skills, you will continue to grow, and it becomes easier and faster to remote view.
#9) Keep a Journal to Track Patterns and Progress
Journaling is essential because it will help you to remember to utilize all your senses and perceptions.
#10) Review and Adjust Your Technique Over Time
You will find what works best for you in this process. What works for one person may not work for another.
Overcoming Common Challenges in Remote Viewing
Self-doubt is the biggest challenge. Knowing there are many perceptions, try narrowing down those thoughts.
- How does the target feel?
- Are there specific shapes?
- Are emotions connected to the target?
- Any glimpses or thoughts that stand out?
- Any words, phrases, or numbers?
- Colors?
Managing Self-Doubt and Mental Noise
Self-doubt and mental noise are the biggest obstacles to remote viewing. When I work with clients, I teach them to remote view so that we can see and sense the same or similar obstacles and then properly remove them.
When we are done, we close that space so nothing can get through.
Developing Consistency Through Daily Practice
Daily practice is helpful. By focusing on these methods, you can effectively learn remote viewing while staying spiritually and emotionally protected.
In the beginning, you will spend much time refining your abilities. As you practice, you will find remote viewing becomes more accessible and more fluid.
I cannot emphasize enough the need to be adequately equipped with spiritual self-defense tools in this process, as they also help us in everyday life.
