You may have heard people refer to others as “NPC” people in various scenarios. But what is an NPC Person?
Non-player characters are individuals who may be present around us but are not fully aware of their surroundings. They often find it difficult to think beyond their limited perspective and frequently struggle to alter their thought patterns.

Many NCPs exist among us, and this group of people is continually expanding. Why? Because of technological advances. If we take a moment to look at human history, the 1500s resemble the 1600s, 1700s, and 1800s.
Until the 1900s, there was little technological advancement. In 1440, the Gutenberg press was invented; however, it was also kept from the masses because the Church didn’t want to empower people to learn to read and think for themselves.
It wasn’t until the 1700s, with the invention of the Leeuwenhoek microscope, that we discovered washing hands could save lives. Indoor plumbing for the average home didn’t become widespread until around the 1900s.
Over the past 150 years, we have shifted from viewing indoor plumbing, electricity, owning a car, and even having a home phone as luxuries. Now, we all possess a small device in our pockets that connects us to the entire world.
Our wisdom and discernment have not kept pace with our technological advancements.
The elements surrounding television, news, and various forms of propaganda can infiltrate our minds if we are not vigilant. Consequently, cognitive dissonance begins to invade our thoughts, causing us to lose our free will, critical thinking skills, and sovereign essence.
They are predictable in their characteristics and remain languishing, lacking vitality. Broader cultural and political external factors govern their ability to think and process information.
An NPC is a person who is easily influenced by external, unseen forces.
Recognizing NPCs Through the Lens of Soul Awareness
An NCP is unwittingly guided by automatic, unconscious decision-making, perceiving themselves as free thinkers. They lack inner complexity; consequently, they become complacent and predictable.
Our brains are not computers, yet many of us tend to ‘plug in’ around the clock. This reduces our cognitive abilities, which include the mental processes of knowing, perceiving, reasoning, and problem-solving.
How Karmic Programming Creates Non-Player Consciousness
The dark side, including negative humans and extraterrestrials, understands how this works and will use these strategies to their advantage. They know that constant dopamine hits to the brain are the fastest way to achieve mind control.

Learn to take your power back. There is nothing wrong with having your child sit in the grocery cart and observe what is happening around them, instead of fixating on a dopamine screen.
The Role of Energetic Inertia in Becoming an NPC Person
An NCP is a person who lives life on autopilot, not fully embracing or experiencing the elements of a mortal life.
Reflecting on my science teaching days, inertia is when an object resists change. This means that the object will remain at rest, or if in motion, it will continue to move at the same speed and direction unless acted upon by an external force. Inertia is passive energy.
When it comes to a human filled with passive energy, they are complacent.
This relates back to Newton’s First Law: “An object at rest remains at rest, and an object in motion remains in motion at constant speed and in a straight line unless acted on by an unbalanced force.”
So, what is an NPC person in spiritual terms? It’s a soul drifting through life without disruption, never meeting the inner force needed to awaken.
Signs a Soul May Be Functioning as an NPC in This Lifetime
One of the biggest signs that a person may be functioning as an NCP is their inability to reason and change their course of action when they should know that something is harmful.
#1) Living Without True Self-Reflection or Soul Growth
The main purpose of living a human life is to learn and grow. Self-reflection is essential for soul growth.
When we allow ourselves the gift of time to reflect and analyze situations, it leads to wisdom and insight, providing us with a sense of soul sovereignty.
#2) Acting Only Through External Programming and Scripts
How many of us have a relative with a certain disease, let’s say high blood pressure? Then we are told by our doctors and other family members that this is an inherited trait.
Does it have to be? No. Could this be a form of programming? Absolutely. These and other subtle programming mechanisms need to be cleared from our minds. They elicit certain levels of fear, chronic subconscious thoughts that can manifest into reality.
Maybe it means we learn to take better care of our bodies, knowing that what is said doesn’t have to be.
#3) Disconnection From Higher Self and Inner Guidance
Being disconnected from our higher selves and other light beings can occur from time to time. It’s up to us to learn how to reestablish those connections, and we must recognize that we have the power to do so. Even if we need assistance from a spiritual practitioner.
The ultimate goal of these beings, including both humans and extraterrestrials, is to sever our connection with our higher selves, spiritual teams, and even GodSource. A few years ago, many individuals faced significant pressure to receive an injection of a specific medication to prevent an illness that was never clearly harmful. This injection, though not meant for everyone, created a glass ceiling of sorts that cut off many from their higher selves.
Consequently, many have had to work hard to rebuild this connection.
Spiritual Consequences of Remaining in an NPC State
Those who live and then die in a complete NPC state are at the greatest risk of being soul-napped by the dark side upon death.
This is a very harsh but true statement. Chances are, if you are reading this blog post, this is not you. We need to remember that knowledge is power.

Living a life of intention leads to a life filled with free will, wisdom, and the essential discernment to make thoughtful choices. It doesn’t mean we won’t make mistakes; rather, it means we learn from them, grow, and move on.
Closing Thoughts on NPCs and Spiritual Sovereignty
Living a mortal life is not always easy, and we are continuously working through challenges. However, knowing that we can change our ways of thinking and belief structures, gain wisdom, and achieve soul autonomy means we are living our best lives.
In a way, NPCs can be here to show us what not to do. Many NPCs are rigid and unwilling to change their belief structures. It is not up to us to change someone, but we can leave seeds hoping they are picked up and those seeds can grow.
Choosing to reflect, question, and act from soul-level awareness separates conscious beings from programmed patterns. The more we ask what is an npc person, the more we begin to see how society trains us to detach from our higher selves, limit free will, and accept scripted realities.
